McCoy in the alternate timeline
Since things have changed for Spock and Kirk in this timeline, anyone think that some things will be different for McCoy?
I know that there's probably no chance of him reconciling with his ex-wife, but it'd be nice if she let him have a little more contact with his kid in this universe.

That depends on whether he has kids - he was 'supposed' to but it wasn't ever really fleshed out before.
That said, introducing them wouldn't be inconsistent either.
