I don't think they have material for one. Abrams said that due to the strike they filmed the script as written. Which didn't leave much room for alternate takes and rewrites.
I don't know a DC could be significantly different. That's only based on an interview around the time though.

I think the old rule of thumb about there being a six month window between the theatrical release of a film and the DVD release has changed somewhat.
I believe in the last couple of years there have been quite a few films that were very successful at the box office and had DVD releases closer to four months later rather than six. I am guesing a late September to mid October DVD release. |

So far I've heard of no such difficulties in obtaining the final cut which would prompt Abrams to release his own DC of the film as the version he "didn't" get to release theatrically.
