Think... presume someone is having an exceptionally difficult time climbing a mountain (which is the main point of the documentary in question).
What about the camera guy who has to do the same thing except lugging around a heavy camera as well; while hanging on by fingernails to "get the shot".

Or the guy shooting the great white shark attacking the person in the shark cage... but has no bars to impede camera angles since they are outside the cage.

To go where no one has GONE before does NOT imply no one is there. No one from Europe had been the New World before the first explorer... but it wasn't empty when they arrived, was it?
