Wouldn't this be typical of Colombia/ Sony Pictures to do soon. I really think that if all else fails they'll do this. You can imagine them all sitting around a table:

Sony studios, a hot summers day after Star Trek has smashed through the box office, the head honcho's are sitting at a table in silence.

Suddenly a young new intern bursts through the door, an excited look on his face. This is a common occurance at Sony, so they all look at him in expectation.

Breathless he whispers.

I liked it, it distrbed me that the boy just got into the building yard though. All the guys must of been like, aaaaaaaaaaaaaah, just a kid, whats he going to do, dig up some board game? yeah right.

Nah, if Star Trek is successful, they'll start doing old sci-fi series films like "Land Of The Giants", "Space 1999", "Buck Rogers" and "The Six Million Dollar Man". And with the possible exception of "The Six Million Dollar Man", it'll all pretty much suck. God forbid they make "Quark" into a movie.

I think they'll do it anyway. Hollywood is looking for a quick fix. Slap it together and hope the dvd sells. The dvd are coming out right after the movies these days.

Given how big a hit Jumanji was in 1995, I'm amazed they never did a sequel already.
