While looking at the article on tonights lunar eclipse from msn, I saw space.com links, one of them being a far away galaxy. Just thought it would be cool to post a link showing the REAL things we are learning about outer space.

Wow. 13 billion light years, it's mind boggling! Wonder what the galaxy looks like now, considering we're seeing it as it looked 13 billion yrs ago?

Wow, we're seeing it's past!
A1689-zD1? Why do we name great galaxies with these lame names? I know they mean something important, but come on. I'd like to think we're a bit more creative than this. ![]()
