I can see Spock on the Romulan Senate part...but Data? One He is atomic particles now and can't be a Captain 'cause he's dead. I wonder where you got this info? And if this info is not meant to just yank our chains?

Considering B4 was basically a fancy toaster, my bet is that B4 was over written by Data. I have no problem with this.
