Default Star Trek: The Menagerie HD in theaters

Does anyone know if they plan to have anymore theater screenings of The Menagerie or and other ST:TOS episode Remastered and in High Definition like they did in November of 2007?

I think it is a cool concept and would love to catch it if there is a repeat performance. It was originally done to introduce season one of the ST:TOS Remastered HD DVDs.

If anyone saw a screening of this back in 2007 I would like to know what you thought and how the experience of seeing it on a big screen was for you.

I had fun watching it with an audience. I think really that was the key factor of making this a fun experience otherwise you're just watching an episode on the big screen. The thing that was funny was after the episode they showed the trailer for season 2 on HDDVD/DVD combo disc and we all know what happened to that.

I saw it twice on the big screen, It was as wonderful as i expected it to be. I knew that I was in a room full of Trekkies and that made it all the more exciting to watch. The special fx were great as was the soundtrack, I was really impressed with it. Since they didn't come through with the HD version, I doubt seriously that they will have anymore showings of the remastered version. Especially with Star Trek XI coming up.

You are probably right which is too bad. I just wish I knew about it during it's first run.
