Thumbs up Your favorite episodes

My favorite Episodes:

TOS:
The City on the Edge of Forever - Star Trek at its best!
The Doomsday Machine - A great episode even though the effects stink
The Immunity Syndrome - A perfect example of what Star Trek is about - exploration

TAS:
Yesteryear
The Counter-Clock Incident

TNG:
Encounter at Farpoint - A good start for the series

DS9:
Emissary

VOY:
Prototype

Movies:
Star Trek II
Star Trek IV
Star Trek VI

Hmmm... this is kinda hard on the spot but here goes:

TOS

Space Seed
City on the Edge of Forever
Mirror Mirror
Doomsday Machine
Patterns of Force
Enterprise Incident

TNG

Where No One Has Gone Before
Contagion
Time Squared
Unnatural Selection
Where Silence Has Lease
Best of Both Worlds 1-2
Hollow Pursuits
The Hunted
Sarek
Sins of the Father
The Survivors
Vengeance Factor
Yesterday's Enterprise
Future Imperfect
Night Terrors
Remember Me
Conundrum
Disaster
Inner Light
The Next Phase
The Perfect Mate
Power Play
Chain of Command 1-2
Frame of Mind
Relics
Schisms
Timescape
Eye of the Beholder
Force of Nature
Genesis
Parallels
Phantasms
All Good Things...

and all the Q episodes including the pilot.

As for DS9, VOY, and ENT... I don't know the episode titles well enough to say... but there as about as many favs as I have for TNG in the other series shows, maybe a bit fewer in each. (not many ENT favs)

TNG was always my favorite as I started with that in 1987 when I first became a Trek fan.

This is actually a tough question. The five television series (Not counting TAS) comprise a total of over 700 episodes - around ten of which are feature-length.

I'll think it over and get back to this thread. Great topic!

From memory...

Voyager.
"One"
That one with the EMH and his family. (makes me cry)
...And the other one in the first season where Neelix meets the guy whose weapon destroyed his planet - with the same actor who played Dr. Mora in it.

(oh yeah did I mention I can't remember the names of all of them. Might look it up at some point.)

TNG.
"Data's Day"
"Elementary Dear Data"
"The Drumhead"
"Suspicions"
"Half a Life" (makes me cry)
"Sarek"
...and that one with Data and Laal. (makes me cry too)

Enterprise.
I quite liked the Mirror Universe one they did. That was cool.

DS9.
"Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges"
"Inquisition"
"Statistical Probabilities"
"Hippocratic Oath"
"Purgatory's Shadow" / "Inferno's Light"
"Whispers"
"Our Man Bashir"
"Duet"
....and lots and lots and lots and lots more. (which does depend partly on what mood I'm in.)

Damn but I wished they'd introduced Section 31 earlier and then had more episodes with Sloan and Bashir!! because that was COOL.

TOS:
City on the Edge of Forever
Tribbles
Man Trap
Cormomite Manuver

TAS
Yesteryear

TNG:
Inner Light
Yesterday's Enterprise
Family

DS9:
Beyond the Shores of Space? (the one where Sisko imagines himself to be a sci fi writer in the 50's)

Voyager:
The "Captain Proton" episodes

Enterprise:
Unfortunately, I can't remember all the actual episode names... but I did like the "mirror" two parter a great deal! In fact, I'd say their best shows were the ones that related somehow, to TOS in some way.

Far beyond the Stars.

(Not one of my favourites, but still a good'um.)

For some reason thinking about that episode always has me humming that Bobby Darren song at the end of "Finding Nemo".

There are really too many to mention but these are samples;

TOS -

Where No Man Has Gone Before
Court-Martial
Balance of Terror
The Galileo Seven
The City on the Edge of Forever
The Doomsday Machine
The Conscience of the King
Let That be Your Last Battlefield
Wolf in the Fold

TNG -

The Naked Now
The Battle
Too Short a Season
The Arsenal of Freedom
Conspiracy
Q Who?
The Dauphin
The Measure of a Man
Time Squared
Evolution
The Survivors
Yesterday's Enterprise
The Best of Both Worlds
Family
Remember Me?
The Wounded
Data's Day
Half a Life
In Theory
Power Play
The Inner Light
Schisms
Sub Rosa
All Good things - plus dozens more!

DS9 -

Way too many to cut down. I'm just going to say the entire run!

VOY -

Parallax
Time and Again
Cathexis
The season 2 one where the second Caretaker was encountered - I forget the name
The season 4 one where experiments were conducted on the crew - again I forget.
The Year of Hell, Part 1 and 2
Night
Timeless
The Voyager Conspiracy

ENT -

Never really followed it to the end, I never really had any favourites, though the season 2 Borg episode comes closest
