Nope, never did. Neither did TNG. lol, Aside from TOS, it was just DS9 and ENT. The two shows that needed ratings.

A series of this nature could never work without the right balance of good and evil. That's what made TOS and Enterprise the right mix with a few off the wall dark alternatives thrown in now and a again. The hero's must triumph over evil or at least be shown to have made a positive step towards its ultimate demise.
