You can stick your sexuality into a tiny box with a neat little label if you want, but I and others do not have to do the same.
The other problem here is that sexuality covers a lot of topics. Reproduction and who you pick for a mate are two different topics under the bigger umbrella of sexuality.

I don't recall asking anyone to do anything with their sexuality.

No but you implied that being gay was a deficiencies that maybe cured and the reason it is a deficiencies is because two males or two females can not reproduce. So going on your explanation I purposed that because there is some science that says there maybe a gay gene and if that where the case is nature flawing genetics or is it nature's way of global population birth control. Besides do you get involved with a person for the sole purpose of reproducing or are there other factors involved?

You did imply in your posts that sex without reproduction is supposedly cured in the future. hence the reason why there is no gay people shown in Star Trek.

Haha, no offense, but this argument sexuality where intended to achieve something by nature is often cited and remains the most silly. That is because nature obviously does not spend much thought on anything, or what did it intend warts to be good for, or my little finger? I barely use it but would not want it to be cured away. Actually I do enjoy my completely useless little finger, a lot.

Evolution has no intelligence... people who don't reproduce can still care for other offspring or do other beneficial things for the population.

I hear you. williamLX was using the "nature" argument so I used the same theme and logic in my counterargument. Apparently we are at a stand still because he has nothing else to add. Maybe he changed his mind on the subject? Who knows?

As some (for example Horatio) have decided to use this as an excuse to insult me, I have decided not to say anything more on the topic.
