Wow! Loved the trailer... but why o why o why does Uhura have to flash her boobies when none of the men flash their goodies? (Unless you use the pause button when Kirk is smooching someone in bed.)

I know the majority of Trek fans are men, but that HERE'S MY BRA NOW LOOK AT MY BOOBS bit seemed a little.... forced.

And doesn't it take just a little of Uhura's authority away from her and make her more of a sex object?

Honestly, we have no context to say one way or another. It was probably a bit sophomoric to put that specific shot in the trailer, but there's no way of knowing how it plays out in the movie itself.

It's not just someone he's smooching. It's someone green

Also, there are probably more than a few guys who've been waiting for Uhura to do that for at least the last 40 years

Can anyone link to a good quality download (not Youtube) of this Trailer that can be saved to the hard drive (not Apple.com) so that it does require repeated downloads to see it after shutting down the browser?

I downloaded the 1080p trailer from iTunes. It is sweet! Can't wait until it is available on my appleTV so I can watch it on my HDTV.

Very impressive trailer indeed.

And now that I've gotten it refreshed properly, the new updated site is superb as well.
Yeah doesn't normally happen to me either.
