The only thing confirmed is that time travel is involved but not neccessarly caused by Nero..

I hope so--as a huge fan of OST AND ENT...I'd love to at least see a nod towards Archer and Co and the NX-01.... At least a brief acknowledgment, even if just something on a placard somewhere on the ship, or on the walls at Star Fleet.
