Feel free to post you opinion about this episode.
I think that it is one of Trek's best character pieces and it also shows that ENT, like DS9, is meant to be watched in order. |

Reed bothers me in that episode, he doesn't come across to me as real. I like the episode overall though.

I think that Reed is not an easy character to play in general and this script was probably the most demanding for Keating. It is hard to convince the audience in one moment that you play a guy who has no close friends and in the next that you get a bit closer to one person while being drunk in a hopeless situation.

Yes. Reed's acting seems a little forced at time. But, a good episode. Kind of makes you wonder what really went on inside the Command Module of Apollo 13…

I'm sure they chewed each others asses but they must've kept it together pretty well or there would be three corpses orbiting the moon.

I am nitpicking a bit. It's really the scenes where he is recording his messages, they just feel forced to me. I just don't believe him (Keating) in those scenes. It's a good episode overall, I just have a hard time believing Keating in it.

Always thought this episode had a little too much Brokeback Mountain potential.

It would not be unusual if two straight people who are about to die wanna be close to each other in their last hours, but Trip and Malcolm just became friends in this episode and talked about a certain awefully nice bum.
