Do you have any computers hardwired to your router?

Can you get into your router via wifi? If not then its a network problem. If yes then the first thing to do it shut off everything for a minute then turn it on. Dont laugh. Quite often it fixes things.

Its working now, but very slow even though the connection is 100%. Would it maybe be the wirless channnels effecting the speed?

Wireless-G? Or N? Wireless G is affected by all kinds of interference around the home. Phones, microwave ovens. Change the channels till you find one that works. Also, in case you havent run some online speed tests. It will give you a better indicator of true speed instead of how long it takes a webpage to load for example.

I had that issue a few days ago. I Turned it off and on and nothing. A few hours latter it was back. I figure it has to do with the network, because I could get online with I pod off someone else's network

Depending on your service and where you are, if it was yesterday it could have been related to MJ. Youtube was very slow downloading even old short clips of Trek stuff since I am sure they were overloaded.
