ok if it was up to you and you wanted to choose what character on star trek you wanted to be who would you be i would be Spok he is a Genius and smart an also knows what he is doing. Also if you were the captian what would you do?

That's a rather open ended question re. what I would do if I were captain, but I guess I'd order lots and lots of shore leave!

My favorite character has always been Scotty. He's the guy everyone depends on, and who always comes through. (Also a genius-level talent. But then, I don't think there's anyone on the crew who isn't exceptional.)

Wich reminds me that Scotty is actually the only character besides Kirk, whom we learned something new about in this movie. The movie explained where Scotties loyality to Kirk comes from. Kirk got him off of that nasty icecold rock called Delta Vega and he saved his life and didnt let him down. Thats why I am not all to mad about the Willy Wonka scene in engeneering. It explained a great deal about the friendship of these both men.
