Could be a very big possibilty. Just think of it, the Orginal Kirk himself.

I would love to see William Shatner in his starfleet Uniform from the movies in the 2nd movie. Hope JJ and crew can achieve this

Shatner in Star Trek XII? I think this would be great, but it needs the right story to back it up.
Timetravel agian? NO! This sounds like a remake of Star Trek XI to me... Perhaps a story that starts a few weeks or month after Star Trek XI and ends decades later, showing the "new" Kirk aged solving a problem that has started in his younger days. Chris Pine portraying the young Kirk again and William Shatner portraying the older version. But this would be better for Star Trek XIII, if they really plan to do a trilogy.
