Default Normal hair for the ladies!

PUHLEEZE!!!

I'm watching Shore Leave now and Ruth's hair is....welll...horrible. Then there's Chapel...and of course, Rand...and all those Vulcan chicks...

Am I being silly in hoping that the new movie will have women with normal hair...it might be long, it might be short, it might be in a pony tail, it might be flowing over the shoulders...but it will not be artificially structured to stand up higher than any hair should stand. I want all hair to be "feelable"...If he can't run his hands through it, screw it.

I was alive in the 60's as well, you couldn't have driven a humvee through those mega hairspray boufont's. Those suckers were so stiff, they would have stopped a bullet. Only Joni Mitchell and Cher had hair you could run your fingers through back then. Oh, and Maybe Goldie Hawn on "Laugh-In", her hair was kind of short back then.

Can't a woman be powerful without her hair being much debated?

Yes, that is, unless you just happen to be Lady Godiva.

I'm suprised no one ever tried to play checkers on Rand's hair.
