Being a site for the new movie, I fully expect that there will be spoilers galore throughout the forum. I would suggest that you install something similar to what we've got over on the TrekUnited Forums. Highlight the red text between the [spoiler] tags to read. This way members can post spoilers and speculation to their delight without worrying about ruining something for other members who like a surprise here or there.

Also, it's clear from the buzz this film is recieving that the forums will be very busy. It would be nice if these forums didn't fall victim to the same chaos that has consumed parts of the startrek.com boards - moderators are a must. Even if they're volunteers. Like me.

I agree here. A spoiler tag would be nice. The Filefront forums have implemented something similar and I believe they use vBulletin though I'm not sure. On the point of moderators, they are quite an important part. I would advise the admin team to keep ahead of the influx of people headed their way and keep their eyes open for potential moderators.

I must agree, I am also available for assistance such as moderating.

I run my own site as well which is a rpg! Lothany Fleet and as you might be able to tell, I can't stand drama, chaos, or just plain bullony!
