Wind is kicking up, still have power though. Hasn't hit us yet. I have food, water, plenty of booze, and fully charged flashlights and E-readers so I'm ready if the power goes!

Stay away from windows, Cap'n. Hurricanes are known for spawning tornadoes, in addition to the already damaging winds they produce.
