With out taking sides, that was a good thing to do. We are, despite our differences, our nationalities, here under a common banner. Lively discussions/debates are good. There has been some doozies in the past! When it gets beyond that we need to step back and allow things to cool down. My ten cents, if its worth anything.

Putting phaser on stun and retreating is the Starfleet way but the Klingon way is more fun to watch.

I don't know that this is about. Good mods say to discuss the topic, not the poster. But I can tell you that when I started playing around with making Defiant deck plans and used an image from EAS for the outline, Saquist was quick to point out that it was the wrong outline, getting me on the right course early, which was a big help.

Well, he's essentially spent the past two days insulting me because he doesn't like my take on warp drive of all things. I generally ignore him when he gets like that, but to be honest I've had enough. He's like a child. Go look at that thread, and you tell me if that's how a reasonable person acts.

It's clear to me he is no more qualified than anyone else here in these matters. So why should I let him put me down? I wasn't being "negative" or any of the other charges he leveled at me. I was discussing the topic, and he had a hissy fit. I'm done taking that from him.
