Hardly an earth shattering revelation! You have a young fit crew to hand so I think you're going to exploit that.

And thank goodness for his Batman remark...............there's no need for every franchise to ape that. Course, who knows, if there's 'serious issues' cropping up as well.

The last movie found a balance between dark moments, like the death of Kirk's dad, with light moments. I expect the sequel to strive for that same balance.

Sure, action scenes are good! But relentlessly action-packed is too much for Trek, I think. It shouldn't be Transformers or Matrix III
