Question about Romulan anatomy
When Kirk and Sulu are fighting the Romulan guards on the drill over Vulcan, Sulu stabs one of the Romulans straight through the chest.
Question: where is a Romulan heart located? I read on a Star Trek site that a Romulan heart is located where a human liver is located. So, if Sulu stabbed the Romulan in the chest, that means it wouldn't have killed the Romulan had he not fallen off the drill. Thoughts?

The Vulcan/Romulan lungs are larger. If you could give me a picture of the location of the injury, maybe I could tell you which organ was hit
