Definitely worth checking out that Japanese trailer! I wonder why that wasn't added to ours? Maybe for the Dec 17th teaser it will be.
I keep going back and forth....it looks and sounds like Kahn, but yet I keep hearing "Mitchell" in the back of my mind for some reason. And I agree, I'm betting the relationship between he and Kirk will be explained in detail in the comics leading up to the movie.
