I will bite. I think your giving Weller a WAY too sizable role. Too old and washed up, and will NOT be his Enterprise character.
Benedict will be the main baddy for sure, he is the one the kiddies will be coming to see. A very up and coming actor.
Just my 2 cents, I enjoyed reading your version however.
