I stopped watching before the first part was over... I usually have a soft spot for cheesy Sci Fi Channel stuff but there was just too much wrong with Tin Man, and it had no real quirky redeeming qualities to make it watchable. Everything from the dialogue, to the acting, to the CGI, to what should have been inventive re-imaginings of beloved characters fell far short of what I was anticipating. "Disappointing" is a kind description.

That said, I know people who liked it. Whatever floats your boat. Then again, I might be biased because I was never a big fan of the original story either. I can only hope it got better but based on what I saw as I gave part two a chance during it's encore run, it doesn't look like it.
