Interesting. I started reading GR's TMP novel a while back, but never finished. I didn't care for his writing style and some of the ideas hinted at in the novel (new humans, among others) didn't sit well with me. What the heck is a "love instructor" anyhow? I think the prologue said Kirk was named after his mother's first love instructor. I should have stopped there... |
