I'm a big Tarantino fan but I thought Basterds was overrated. I was surprised it was so popular. I guess people want brutally kill Nazis vicariously. Sadistic for some, cathartic for others. I haven't seen it, but it really doesn't look appealing at all to me. I enjoy Pulp Fiction and doubt he'll ever top it.
