The best British made chocolate is fair trade chocolate. It uses a much higher percentage or buttermilk than regular chocolate and it's fairly traded.
American chocolate tastes different to UK chocolate. Even well known brands like Mars taste different over there. It must just be that we have different tastes. My American cousins think our chocolate is disgusting and they think Irn Bru tastes like Bubble gum.
