There are a few things you can try. Stay away from caffiene. That means soda with caffiene, coffee drinks and teas. Eat as little sugar as you can. And drink as much water as you can each day. And get plenty of sleep and try to relax. Sometimes its hard to relax, but try once or twice a day to sit down alone somewhere quiet and think about happy things and your favorite things for about ten or fifteen minutes. Headaches sometimes come from tension so rest and relaxation can help. And try to talk to a doctor about those headaches if they don't stop.
