My guess is that the four cadets involved in the incident were given demerits, probable restriction to quarters/base for an unspecified time period, and possible undesirable duties as punishment.
Courts-martial are not for something as innocuous as a bar brawl.
Look at "The Trouble with Tribbles" for an example of the legal results of a bar brawl in a Star Fleet setting..
