I have to disagree...the rock music did fit. Remember this is not entirely the same Kirk we are used to seeing...The rock music especially the Beastie Boys (nice touch) was a way of underlining the rebelious side of Kirk during the car chase scene. I dunno how many roadhouse type bars you have been in but I am pretty sure that Mozart and Bach were not on the jukebox. As classic as it gets is a little Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis where I go and hang out.
