Well, it is one of the marks of a well-told story: its meaning and relevance expands and unfolds over time and multiple visits.

The 'aging' story of TREK has a totally different impact on a 20 year-old than a 40 year-old. But the 20-something will notice 40 looming close over the horizon and suddenly appreciate its context.

I imagine few fans will be appreciating NEMESIS so well 20 years hence as a life-revealing insight.
