Yes, I agree. Seeing his evolution was awesome. A great character. In fact characters were pretty strong on Voyager. The Doctor was one of my favs for sure.

Well, I am a huge DS9 fan, and a lot of that due to how layered it was. The Bajoran theme was great. Everything from the politics and religious aspects to Sisko's relationship with the planet.
