Created your own holodeck programme
Ignoring the fact that they seem to always malfunction and cause holodeck characters to run amok, I think I would still quite like to have a holodeck. What holo programme would you have/ create if you had your own holodeck?

The TOS NCC-1701 Bridge! Heck, might as well have the whole ship! :)

I'd create British Columbia. Find a plot of land on Vancouver Island and build a house and have a little SIMS like alternate reality.

I'd create a war program, one in which that no matter what war, you could choose from any weapon/vehicle ever created, i.e. the American Civil War with machineguns, WWII with helicopters, and in my fictional program, you could even recreate computer war games like World in Conflict or the Command and Conquer series, or even create your own battle. Dang, now I really want a holodeck :)

I'd recreate my favorite PC games and play then in real 3D.

I think I would go for the holo-novel. The Harry Potter books, Star Trek pocket books, Dan Brown. The possibilities are endless. Except I wouldn't make a holo-programme of Before Dishonor... it was rubbish!

I'd spend my latinum on "Sunrises on Risa", the UFP President simulation, "Vulcan Love Slave, Part III" and "Through the Eyes of the Bard".

Gorn/Saurian, objective mode.

A warm sunny beach, a gentle breeze blowing, Harry Kim and Mark Darcy (Bridget Jones' Diary) playing beach volleyball in swimming trunks nearby............................................ .....................................

What was I saying again?
