There are a few things you can try. Stay away from caffiene. That means soda with caffiene, coffee drinks and teas. Eat as little sugar as you can. And drink as much water as you can each day. And get plenty of sleep and try to relax. Sometimes its hard to relax, but try once or twice a day to sit down alone somewhere quiet and think about happy things and your favorite things for about ten or fifteen minutes. Headaches sometimes come from tension so rest and relaxation can help. And try to talk to a doctor about those headaches if they don't stop.

First, a visit to a doctor. Pronto!

Get an MRI session if neccessary.

Sounds like migraine, but I'm in no position to offer a reliable assessment. The doctor is your friend. So see him or her, and get some wisdom from the true experts.

In the meantime, try to get enough rest, and stay hydrated. Lacking sleep or water can contribute to headaches, though dizziness is not a typical headache symptom.

Get to see a doctor because reoccuring headaches can be anything and everything. In almost all cases its psychological, caused by stress, or its migrane, that you would have to live with the one or the other way (medication helps, but ask the doctor what medication). In very, very, very rare cases it could be something more serious (very, very rare).

Get to a doctor. Very likely he will subscribe medication. If that doesnt help ask for an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imagery) to be made (just to be on the safe side).

However, forgett all those housewife yellowpress paper tips. Wont help.

PS: Oh, and if it is that often that you get headache, then dont get frustrated by seeing many doctors over many years. Take it easy and have patience. Headache patients often run from one doctor to another and back again.

Me and my son get very bad headaches if we eat too much processed food...also, I get Migraines at least once a week...even with the medication. definitely see a doctor, and do not be surprised if the first thing they have you do is keep a record of everything you eat and drink for a few weeks...there may be a pattern, and that we let you know what your triggers are...then you will be able to avoid the worst of them, and the medicine will keep the rest from hitting you as hard.
