Wii fit games

I have we fit, Punch out and wii sports. I don't feel I get a work out. I want sometging that I can work out and not stop for every excersie I do like wii fit. does anyone know how the new workout trainer is. To get a 30 minute work out on wii fit I use 1 hour of my time. I don't have time for it when I have a 1 year old
