From what I heard, no Mars at all. How can you do Total Recall without Mars?

Well, I guess it's not a true remake in the sense that it's a completely new story which just uses the main premise from the original.

They just want the brand recognition that goes with the name. That's what all of these remakes are really about.

Yeah, it's all about cashing in these days.

As with Dune, I expect there will have been too many adaptations for there to exist one that isn't in some way compromised.

The previous Total Recall could have been a great movie, perhaps if not for the Schwarzenegger/Verhoeven factor.

Wasn't there also a short lived TV series of Total Recall? (Or was it TimeCop?) Ugh....cannae remembah!
