So the new 3D TV's are rolling out and I can not find any information on if the older blu-ray 3D movies i.e. Land of the Lost will be compatible with the new glasses any help would be appreciated.

I went to the store to test it out...It sucks....gotta where a pair of powered goggles...I'm not sitting at home like that...My 52 inch motion pluse by Samsung is stellar and vividly clear.

That's my beef with 3D TV as well. I'm happy to wear the glasses in a cinema watching 3D on a big screen, but I have no plans to sit every night at home watching TV with them on as well.

I have several 3d blu-rays however they are based on the red/green glasses, what I am trying to figure out is if you can watch the red/green format with the new tv's. i tried the movie theater glasses but it does not work on the old red/green glasses.

In a few years, the 3-d phase will fade, then something else will come out and then everyone will have to get rid of their 3-d tvs and brought the so called new tv.

Soon, TV's will just plug directly into the brain for complete immersion and high-definition viewing. :D

It was just mediocre...I'm not sure if that's worth it... 3,000 dollars and everyone whos going to enjoy it have to buy a pair....LAME |
